Strong(濃厚)

Solid looking Castella. Orange color sponge has rich egg flavor. Sugar is allocated only at the bottom, giving accent without being sticky. Full of umami and light feeling taste after you ate. Special one.

質量感のあるカステラ。オレンジ色の生地は、卵の風味が濃厚。ザラメは底にのみあり、全体ではベトつかずアクセントになっている。旨味一杯だが、スポンジの食感はさっぱり。極上の品。
