Review

Delicate （軽い）

Cake with simple taste and full of umami from layers of maccha, and light silky cream mixed soymilk, cream cheese, white sweet beans and fresh cream. Sweet beans makes good accent.

豆乳、クリームチーズ、白餡と生クリームが合わさった軽くなめらかなクリームと、抹茶の層が重なり、すっきりとした味わいながら、しっかりと旨味のあるケーキ。大納言もアクセント。

Zenzai with simple taste of soft big chestnuts and big sweet red beans, crispy rice cookie adding accent.

ホクホクの大粒の栗と、大粒の柔らかな小豆が素朴な風味で、カリッとしたあられが変化を加えるぜんざい。

Review

Strong(濃厚)

Dorayaki with Kagabo Tea fragrant sponge and big sweet bean paste. Each part tastes sophisticated.

加賀棒茶が薫る生地で大粒のつぶ餡を挟んだどら焼。其々の味は上品。

Delicate(軽い)

Extra soft and flex warabi mochi. Warabi mochi itself has nice taste. Bean powder and black syrup come together, recommend kinako with simple nice taste.

とろとろのわらび餅。わらび餅だけでも風味がある。きな粉と黒蜜を付けられるが、さっぱりと風味があるきな粉がお勧め。
