As a whole sophisticated. Especially mashed sweet bean paste keeps flavor of red beans, taste comes from many layer.

全体的に上品な味で、その中でもつぶ餡はしっかりと小豆の香りを感じられ、味わい深い。

Delicate (軽い)

Smooth and slippy texture of mochi with very sweet smooth bean paste, especially mochi with strong mugwort flavor makes balanced match, best for summer.

冷えてつるんとした食感の餅に甘味の強い餡が入り、特によもぎが効いた餅とのバランスがよく、夏に丁度良い笹餅。

Strong cheese cake with Roquefort cheese taste rather than flavor. Easy to eat even with strong taste. Soft texture.

ロックフォールチーズの風味と言うよりも味が広がる力強いチーズケーキ。しっとりしており、強い味だが食べやすく旨い。
