Strong(濃厚)


Kintsuba with thin crepe covering full of sweet bean paste large size and texture remaining beans. Rather eating beans than sweet bean paste, Unami than sweetness.
大きな黒豆とはっきりした粒感の小豆を使ったつぶ餡を薄皮で包んだきんつば。豆の旨味が前面に出たきんつばで餡こ感より豆を食べている感じ。
