Strong(濃厚)

Kusa Mochi with strong flavor of grass is covering sweet beans paste with clear texture and taste of beans. Balanced well between strong insistence from two pieces.
青い香りが強い草餅で、小豆の粒感と味が強い粒餡をつつんだ草餅。主張の強いもの同士で味を引き立てあっている。
