Fresh taste chocolate sponge cake with fresh strong orange flavor. Well balanced between fresh and strong, orange flavor lasts after bite.

Delicate(軽い)

French Toast with juicy bread full of milk and egg, and cream light like cloud on. Cream fresh sweetness and umami and bread juicy but sophisticated scent are well matched. Although they have maple syrup, it is better to feel flavor and scent without it. After finishing cream, use syrup on remaining toast.

ミルクと卵が良く染み込みふんわりとしたパンに雲のように軽いクリームが載ったフレンチトースト。クリームはさっぱりとした甘みと旨味で、ジューシーだが香りは上品なパンとのマッチングが丁度良い。メイプルシロップが付いているが、まずは無しで食べるのが風味を感じられて良い。クリームと食べ終わった残りのパンにシロップはつけるべき。

On fragrant cookie base, fresh white moussess covering sponge of maccha and chocolatewith multiple layer. Color of sponge is dark but taste is light.

香ばしいクッキーの台に白いさっぱりしたムースで包まれた抹茶とチョコスポンジが交互に重なったケーキ。ムースの中には濃厚な色のスポンジが入っているが、軽い味わい。

It is like middle of baked and non-baked cheese cake. Rich cream cheese and castard mixed like cream but not sticky texture. Cookie base of non baked cheese cake is covering cream, unique form.

レアチーズケーキとベイクドチーズケーキの間のよう。クリームチーズとカスタードが合わさった感じの濃厚だがしつこさのない食感。レアチーズケーキのクッキーベースが外側にある独特の形状。
