Delicate(軽い)

Slight firm texture soft millet with bean powder and sweet bean paste. Bean powder is dry and sweet, smoothe bean paste is fine.  

歯応えがあるが柔らかな粟餅にきな粉と餡子を掛けた一皿。きな粉はさらさらとして甘く、こし餡はきめ細かい。
