Delicate(軽い)
Roll cake from rice powder with light sponge and fresh cream. Cream has only richness, keeps umami together with black bean full of bean flavor.
ふわりと軽いスポンジでさっぱりとしたクリームをロールしたケーキ。クリームにはコクのみあり、豆の風味がある黒豆と相まって旨みが残る。
