Gateau chocolat with sweet bean paste inside dough. Faint scent of umami from chocolate and sweet bean paste, fragrance and sweetness.
あんこが練り込まれた生地のガトーショコラ。チョコとあんこの旨み、風味、甘味がほんのりと薫る。
