Delicate (軽い)
Daifuku with chewy thick mochi covering well matched sweet bean paste and sour juicy strawberry.
酸味の強いジューシーな苺と甘味のある餡のバランスが良く、それを歯応えのある厚手の餅で包んだ大福。
