Delicate (軽い)
Well balanced between sweet soft mochi and fresh juicy Hassaku with a little bitterness.

プリっとフレッシュなはっさくのみずみずしさと仄かな苦みを、もちっとした餅で包み餅米の甘味でバランスが良い。
