Delicate(軽い)
Parfait with season's juicy white peach and grape together with red tea gelato, yogurt, white cheese and chamomile gelee. All parts are sophisticated taste and good match, not only beautiful but perfect mix.
旬のジューシーな白桃と葡萄を紅茶ジェラート、フリーズドライヨーグルト、フロマージュブラン、カモミールジュレと合わせたパフェ。全ての味が上品で相性よく、美しいだけでない、まとまった旨さ。
