Strong (濃厚)
Strong cheese cake with Roquefort cheese taste rather than flavor. Easy to eat even with strong taste. Soft texture.
ロックフォールチーズの風味と言うよりも味が広がる力強いチーズケーキ。しっとりしており、強い味だが食べやすく旨い。
