Mocha cream is rich with bitter taste. Butter cream provides further umami if served cold. As sponge is made thin and rolled a lot, cream and sponge come as united taste.

モカクリームは濃い目で苦味も感じられ大人な美味しさ、バタークリームなので冷やすと固めでそれも旨い。スポンジが薄い為、クリームの巻きが多く、バランス良く一体感が増してより良い。
